We went out to Whiskeytown Lake last Saturday and it was awesome! Lila had so much fun being outside and running around!

Mother's Day

We had a really nice Mother's Day up in the 'Ville. There were LOTS of flowers and family and delicious food. Lila and Milla had fun playing outside and getting lots of attention from Grandma and Grandpa!

Quick Update

We successfully moved to Redding, without one broken dish! I'll take that as a sign of good luck with this move. We all are loving it and very happy to have made the move! Lila is growing and changing and everyday impressing us! One of her new things is saying "ALLRIGHT!" It sounds more like, "aweWIGH" and it's adorable! We're off to Sacramento tonight to attend a 3 day Real Estate Investing seminar, ask us how it went in a year, hopefully by then there will be some results! We're leaving Lila with Grandpa and Grandma Grow for the weekend, so that will be an experience for all! She's never been without at least one of us for more than 1 night. I'll have to update with some pictures soon. Adios!

In between

In between all the festivities, we had some special visitors and another trip to San Diego to see my Grandparents who were in from Michigan.

AWOL

Well since we've last posted, we had a great Thanksgiving with the Middledorf side of the family, Christmas with the Grow side, and right around New Years a San Diego vacation with the Grow's to see Kara and got to see my parents too! Here's some photos...In backwards order.

So I'm not in the "cool" loop obviously but I would like to add 7 things about myself (this is Landry by the way) since this is MY blog too. Ha.

1. I think I have an inner "country." Recently I've found myself liking LARGE, 4X4, JACKED UP, DIESEL TRUCKS. I want to go MUDDIN. I want to mow my own grass (We have HOA's here that do it.) Also, I want to move. . . to the country. Somewhere where I have at least 5 acres and my house is in the middle.

2. I think Christmas is the best holiday of the year. . . regardless of what it's meaning may be. I just love it.

3. I think some day I will be a very wealthy furniture designer.

4. I eat over 2000 calories in donuts sometimes 3 times a week in the morning. . . And LOVE IT.

5. I have an inner inclination to push the limits just to see if the limit breaks.

6. I wish it were 1940. .. without World War II going on and the world were a simpler place.

7. I think my little Lila is the most beautiful, sweetest little girl in the world. (Is that much of a suprise to anyone?)
